I made this cake as a Sweet 16 Cake for a girl that is in foster care. I used to be a foster parent and I know that more times than not these kids get somewhat 'shorted' on their birthday. I just wanted to do what I could to make sure she had a very special cake. Due to confidentiality issues - I don't know who the cake went to but I hope she liked it!
