Cupcake Cookies

My little friend Kenzie is heading off to the World Championships of Irish step dancing on Monday! She'll have her birthday while she's in Belfast for the competition, so I'm sneakily coordinating with her mom to send her with cookies, since they won't be able to have their usual cake. I've had this cupcake cutter for a few years, but have never used it! So glad I had the chance to use this charming, easy cutter.
