Thanks everyone, I did this cake with my niece and she actually did most of the chocolate and the cake border and she baked the cakes. I did the creativity aspect and the icing. She is just starting out with cakes and I think she did a good job. Coastiemom, I love to use chocolate for decoration, it is for me easier than fondant, tastier and dries quicker. I have well over a hundred chocolate molds in all kinds of shapes, also ice cube trays and other things I use to mold. I also like to make molding cho...
