My 1st attempt at any type of book or books! Red velvet, banana and chocolate cakes covered in MMF. The birds were made with 50/50 gumpaste and fondant. I used my daisy cutters then cut out the middle with circle cutters and used the tips for the wings! I came up with the design in stacking the cakes this way. I had a couple supports in the front and back to sit under the overhanging edges during travel.
