mazaryk: I use a "board knife" to ice my cakes and have serving guides made up to show #of servings/cake and how to slice. I just used my board knife to mark off 2x2" servings, easier said than done! It took 3 tries to get it this good...and it is far from perfect by my standards!

This is a gorgeous cake! I've had issue with chocolate icing freezing. The best luck I've had is using a standard icing recipe and then adding fudge supreme to taste.
