My first attempt all of the following: Lemon cake, Swiss meringue butter cream, 'capping' a cake with fondant and doing brushed embroidery. My husband thought the BM looked like a mistake! lol ! I couldn't get the capped fondant to work in one piece so I did it in quarters (that's why there is white piping) Ah well. More practice.
