This 3 tiered Honduran Vanilla cake was for 2-year-old Weston. The ocean exterior is buttercream, and the octopus is sculpted cake with a honey-rum fondant covering. The sea weed & bubbles are hand piped and the fish are made of modeling chocolate and fondant. The ocean floor sand is vanilla cake broken up into crumbles.
