Under The Octopus

This cake is fantastic! Wonderful job. Could you please tell me how you did the head of the Octopus? What pans you used? Also, what did you use for the crystal looking corals?

I have a set of glass bowls that I bake in. You can get a set of 8 or 10 at walmart and they are perfect when you need a rounded cake. So i used on of those with some small round pans and then just sculpted as necessary. I made the "coral" with the isomalt and ice technique.
