I made this for a last minute get together that my husband and I had with our neighbor. We all worked on St. Patricks Day so we celebrated the day after. Rainbow is gumpaste, clouds are mini marshmellows, leprechuan is fondant, bag of gold is fondant, the gold is store bought chocolate candy. It was all held together by RI. The cake was chocolate and vanilla layers covered with ganache and the fondant :-) it was fun. Thanks for looking.
