the recipient volunteers at a draft horse rescue, and rides bicycle for fun, so we crossed the two paths for a whimsical horse/bike accident. the horse has a structure with the majority of the cake servings being the body, it is covered in modeling chocolate, the hay bell is cake with extruded fondant for hay, the cyclist, bike and wheels are gumpaste, hand made with edible image jersey, signs thanks for looking.
