I really like how your cake looks and it also sounds yummy especially since Key lime pie is one of my favs. Did you frost the whole cake and use rose cutter for the Ruffles? I'm making a 50th birthday cake for my daughters friend but the design she has picked calls for the whole cake in fondant even under the Ruffles. I just feel like that's too much fondant.  I would appreciate your input
