Sorry about the pictures, throw away camera.s However, I made these cakes for samples for my friend. She wants me to make here wedding cake for September. Two cakes are made with Fondant and the other ones are made with white chocolate buttercream, and regular buttercream . The two white cakes have pearl accents and small white fondant roses.
how in the world did you frost these babies so smooth I find it very difficult to frost any cake under 6 in. Great pesentation
I used tip 104 to ice the cakes, because I couldn't use my spatula, I used butter knife to smooth out the buttercream
