Only a very simple edible image cake, ordered by one of the mums at school for her dad's birthday, but how she shrieked with joy when she saw it, LOL! 11" square on 15" cake drum, to give an idea of size. I wasn't sure how to decorate the sides of the cake, so decided to do dark blue stripes to echo his swimming shorts.
