Beautiful cake !!

Can u plz help to understand how to achieve this look when there is a gap between to tiers and that gap is filled with sugar flowers?

The way u have done in this cake between every tier.

Hi I have styrofoam separators between the tiers and the flowers are stuck i to the styrofoam
