This was a total experiment for me. I actually made the cake entirely out of Rice Krispie Treats. I needed something sturdy enough to hollow out so my daughters birthday doll could fit inside. I covered it in fondant, which is also pretty new for me and decorated it to match the dolls dress. She was so surprised when we opened up the cake to eat it!
