A 3-layer chocolate cake with a mint ganache filling and mint buttercream frosting covered in fondant. I had about 4 hours to make and decorate this cake - party was moved up a day! The cake was very soft and didn't have enough time to chill sufficiently...so it was really difficult keeping the shape!
