The client who ordered this cake fell in love with a 3 tier version I had done for her friends BDay party last year. So, here is my chocolate petal cake in a two tier version. Sizes are 10" and 8" squares. Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling and chocolate BC. All covered in hand shaved Semper Dark chocolate petals. My arm is killing me but it was worth it to see the look on her face. Oh, and the petal are all airbrushed with gold tones to add depth. The second pic shows the cake at the venue with the orchids the client added to the cake. TFL
