This is an awesome 'man' cake! Chocolate cake, peanut butter ganache filling, covered in whipped chocolate buttercream with chopped peanut butter cups on the sides and halved cups on top. The lettering is melted chocolate that I piped out, let set, then topped the cake with the message. A friend of mine wanted a cake for her dad who loves peanut butter, and this is what I came up with.
