The green eggs and "ham" (bacon) are simply pretzel sticks with a candy melt melted on top and an M&M on top. Blue "Thing 1" hair piped in buttercream.

For the Cat in the Hat hats, large marshmallows were cut in half and red buttercream was piped in between.
