This is for my mom and sister. I have always wanted to try this design. Kind of disappointed in mine. AND I had a terrible time with the base coat of frosting. I had cut the cake from a large square and was using cream cheese frosting, so very thick, and the frosting did not stick to the cut cake. I struggled and struggled and then threw it in the freezer... oops, because then the frosting was not smoothed out. So, lumpy bumpy cake... good thing it is for family!
