How elegant! Do you make your own fondant? I love the look but don't like the taste of store bought and have tried to make my own and it is hard to work with. Any advice? Thanks.
Honestly, I hate the taste of fondant, but love the look as well. The fondant I used in this photo is actually a batch that I made using Rhonda's Ultimate MMF which you can find in the recipes section. It has some flavoring added to it so it is a bit more tolerable to eat, but I would still pull it off of a cake. Satin Ice is my favorite to work with so far. It really is a personal preference.
