Tangled tower cake

This was my daughters 3rd birthday cake! She loved it!! The tower is all rice crispy treats and then everything is covered in butter cream. I have yet to find a good tasting fondant recipe so I refuse to use it even though it would have been easier to have used instead of butter cream. I am interested in finding a good fondant recipe so if you know of one please share. I would greatly appreciate it. =)
