This cake was made for the headmaster of a private school, who at the age of 90 is still active at the school (where he lives). He has been there 70 years! He was an International rugby referee and famously hand out the first ever 'red card' at a match to an All Blacks player. The school wanted to honour him at a dinner for alumni.
