super easy, get a stamp (I buy mine from Michaels) and using a brush just dip your brush in your frosting coloring, brush it on your stamp, it is ok to be a lil messy as only the top of the stamp will touch the fondant. place stamper on fondant gently and whala, pretty cupcake. I love this technique!
