This was my V-day gift from my husband. He's been watching me decorate cakes for 4 years and he wanted to make me a cake for once. He did an excellent job, didn't he? The only thing I did was give him my cake recipe & told/showed him what design I wanted (from a library book). This is a Carrot Cake w/Orange Cream Cheese Buttercream.
