Love everything about this cake. The colors, the different shaped tiers, the modern take on a cake with flowers. Did you use a carnation cutter to make the pom poms?? Beautiful cake!!! Oh and I am TOTALLY jealous of how smooth your buttercream is!!! Wish I could do that!
The pom poms were formed on a round disc of gumpaste and then with a carnation cutter, individual tufts of ruffled gumpaste were attached to the circle base...
