Thank you :0) It is an 8" + 6", covered in white chocolate ganache. To create the chocolate shards, I simply tempered some chocolate and spread it on a large sheet of food safe acetate.. let is set enough to cut it to size, then carefully removed the pieces and place them around the cake. HTH
