was asked to create a design that was found on the internet of a topsy turvy Cat In The Hat cake. Its hard to tell that its topsy turvy because I was trying to show the details of the fish and in doing so didnt show the angled tiers, oh well... thats why Im a cake decorator and not a photographer LOL. I totally love this design!!
