Birthday cake for 1yr old girl (born in 2011 - Year of the Rabbit). Her mother asked to include something regarding her husband - professional basketball player but still wanted princess castle look. There are 3 rabbits playing basketball on the back. I originally wanted to make castle with rabbits everywhere but was not allowed to :-)) . Bottom tier chocolate cake with white and milk chocolate ganache and chocolate IMBC, middle tier hazelnut cake with Nutella IMBC, top tier vanilla cake with vanilla and fuit IMBC and fruit pieces. Covered with fondant, decorations fondant and GP. TFL!
