This was a cake a friend and I did at the last minute for a friend of a co-worker...the person supplying her cake for her wedding bailed on her at the last minute. She saw a pic of a rosette cake I had done previously and wanted that design on the tiers, but I had a few issues with my buttercream on this day - it was very fluffy/airy, and the ridges to the roses broke, making them look more like 'cottage' roses than they should have - BUT the bride was very happy with it.
