Not A Typical Wedding Cake...
The bride saw a picture of a type of cake she liked and wanted it turned into a wedding cake. This was what I came up with. White almond cake with raspberry filling, cream cheese frosting, with fresh berries, and pirelle cookies surrounding it. It was a 14" square, with 12" and 8" round tiers. Ended up weighing around 50 lbs by the time I got done with it!
