I like your colors!! I'm still relatively new at this myself, but from what experience I do have, I would say the fondant is too dry. Using too much confectioners sugar or not covering your fondant in plastic wrap to keep the moisture in can contribute to the dryness. :) Hope I've helped you a bit!!
