My daughter has a very pretty fairy doll, I pushed her face into some fondant and let it dry. When it was time to make her face I rolled a ball of fondant big enough for her head and pressed it into the dry fondant mould... You may need to lift the nose a little and press the eye area in afterwards. It makes great faces... I have tried it with a few little dolls, each one has turned out great. ;-)

I'm going to try putting a tutorial together in the week, I have another fairy princess to do and will need to find a new little face to use.
