thanks for the compliment. the buttercream was made using butter, shortening and condensed milk. got the recipe from one of my books. it turns out nice & glossy but tastewise, it's a little bland (or maybe it just seems bland because i have a sweet tooth & prefer sweeter icing). i didn't really like working with this icing, especially in humid weather as it melts/softens too easily.
