very striking cake, love the finish you have achieved. gee some tips on buttercream icing would be wondeful. It`s not used a lot here in Australia.

A crusting buttercream recipe (anyone will do) and the "Viva" paper towel technique are the trick here...and practice. YouTube has some great tutorials.
