I was asked to make this Cake for Seniors Valentine Dinner Party and this what I came up with. It's my 1st Valentine Cake. 12 x 18 Valentines Fruit Cake (Strawberries, Kiwi and Pineapple) with Whip Cream Filling and covered with Butter-Cream Frosting.
