My first time making a helmet cake. It was a little challenge making the face mask but I was able to figure it out last minute. The bottom tier is covered in white chocolate ganache. It was my first time making ganache with white chocolate and I like the clean look it gave. Will be using it more on future cakes. The football is a cake pop. TFL!
