This is the cake that started it all. I never liked baking and avoided it at all costs until my daughter's 1st birthday. I wanted to do something special and decided to make her birthday cake. After my first attempt, I researched how to get that smooth look and after being introduced to fondant, I created this cake. That unleashed a passion in me and that's when my cake decorating journey began.
