My first ever Topsy Turvy cake! 2 tiers, hand carved and decorated with all hand made decorations. Bottom cake is coffee with irish cream frosting and the top is Mocha Mudcake with Chocolate Ganache. The lipstick and flowers are made from a mix of fondant and flower/gum paste and the martini glass, numbers and cocktail umbrella are made from flower/gum paste. This cake gave me plenty of hassle but I'm quite pleased with how it's turned out. There are plenty of bits I wish were better but I now at least have some experience with topsy turvy's now!
