My daughter Marianne wanted a beach party theme for her January birthday party. Here in Quebec city (Canada) in our cold and snowy it was a big contrast with the weather outside! I could not decide which design to choose so I decide to make her 2 cakes! It is my daughter and I lover her... So this ice cream bar was the first one. It is a chocolate cake with marshmallow fluff filling and chocolate ganache, all covered with fondant. I hand rolled the candys on the bar. The stick is fondant that I let dry few days. The second cake was a sun, see it on my patisseriejaja page. My sweet Marianne really enjoyed the cakes!

A fellow Canadian! Yay! I'm from Toronto, and yes it is a bit cold for ice cream but we can pretend for now! I love this cake it is magnifique! So flawless, and sounds delicious! Would you mind sharing your marshmallow fluff and chocolate ganache recipes? My mouth is watering!

Thank you everybody! I used a 20cm square pan that I cut like a rectangle an put the extra piece on one end. Than I carved the cake in the good shape. For the different colors, I covered first all the cake with pink fondant. Than I put a little piece of white on the mouthful. I finished by the brown color that I first cut the way I wanted on the table than put it on the cake. Hope it makes sens...
