Bottom tier is chocolate cake, top tier is red velvet. Filled and frosted in buttercream. The seashells are white and milk chocolate. The fangipanis are marshmallow fondant. Centers are hand painted with yellow petal dust. The entire cake was then airbrushed with a pearl luster. This was one heavy cake, and my biggest wedding cake.
