These are so cute! What type of cookie and frosting is it?

these are chocolate cookies (I got the recipe from cookie crazie). I also used swiss sugarpaste (Massa Ticino-tastes soo much better than Satin Ice) for the eyes and face and corn syrup icing for the mouth.
