Creme Brulee Cupcakes

I was inspired by a friend to make these cupcakes. The cakes are chocolate buttermilk and they are filled and topped with vanilla bean custard/cream which I then 'brulee'd'. Voila! Creme Brulee cupcakes! They were quite tasty...
