fru fru cake

I take a lot of inspiration from actual wedding dresses I see in magazines. This cakes inspiration is from an underskirt of a wadding dress but upside down!!! Hope you like xx

Beautiful! It does look like a wedding dress. Very delicate. Were the ruffles made with icing or fondant? I'm new to that technique.

Has anyone had experience with cutting and serving these types of cake? I am so in love with them, but I am also associated with a whole lotta people who would just want to eat that sucker!
