Wow -- this is beautiful .. but i'm confused - chocolate rolls? What are chocolate rolls? I need to make one of these this weekend!

yeah...they are swiss rolls...except these ones where dipped in chocolate. good look with your castle...i look forward to seeing it!

awww thanks :), i felt i had to use chocolate rolls...it felt a little decietful to just used icing rolled round a tube, because then theres not as much cake!
