Cake is covered in FondX fondant. It was my first time working with this store bought fondant, as I normally make my own MMF. The bride wanted a true white and mmf is a little more off white than white. Bows with broaches. And edible jewels. NOTE: If there is a lot of moisture in the air, these edible jewels are not a good idea. Not sure if you can see in the picture, but the jewels ended up being a bit foggy looking from all the moisture in the air. Despite the bride LOVED it and so did everyone else. I surprisingly got rave reviews from guests and those who saw the cake.
