Thanks to Cake Central contributors for this idea. The tooth is two 6" rounds with groves cut into the top to create the look of a tooth. Modeling chocolate covers the tooth, toothbrush and is used to make the dental instuments, toothpaste etc... My cousin's Dad requested that the tooth have decay, red inflamed gums and tartar plaque build-up included. I added these items to the back of the cake. Cake was made for the birthday of my cousin who is going into dental hygiene.
