the barrel tier is white chocolate mud cake and marble cake covered in white chocolate ganache and a white and dark chocolate ganache. the top tier is chocolate with chocolate ganache. the design was a replication of there flyers for the event with the logo on the purple tier. the trees and figures were made out of a mix of satin ice coloured fondant and gum paste. the biggest cake i had ever made. weighed around 30 kg!
