My first tiered cake!!! I made it for a 17th birthday party, pretty last minute (the day before). The top and bottom tiers are chocolate with chocolate ganache, and the middle is vanilla with a raspberry filling. The entire cake was coated with buttercream and the outside is all MMF. The flowers, ribbon and bows are also MMF. Im pretty proud of this cake, as it was my first tiered cake ever and only my 4th cake! It was also my first time making flowers from fondant! Oh, what a challenge! All in all, thanks CC and all the inspiration other bakers have given me! The birthday girl absolutely LOVED it! :) ENJOY!
