White Roses
Project in first gumpaste class. White rose and rosebuds. Used the Wilton fondant large 5-petal flower cutter and varied the petal sizes/styles with the rolling tool. Liked this method WAY better than with the Wilton gumpaste rose cutters.
I honestly thought I was looking at a real rose!! Bravo!!!

It's the plastic cutters that come in the Wilton Course 3 fondant cutter set. Mine are pink, and this is the largest 5 petal flower cutter. Then I just cut it apart like a pie and rolled the petals for whatever tier of the rose they were to be.
